Secondary Glazing Nottingham: Service Website

A clear, trustworthy service website for a bespoke secondary glazing installer — built to explain the product range, prove the noise and heat savings, and generate qualified enquiries across the East Midlands.

Secondary Glazing Nottingham: Service Website
★★★★★Loved by the client

Project brief.

Secondary Glazing Nottingham manufactures and installs custom secondary glazing across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, with particular expertise in listed buildings and conservation areas. They needed a website that explains a fairly technical product simply, highlights the noise-reduction and insulation benefits, and makes it easy for homeowners and commercial clients to request a survey. Rather than stretch one website across three cities, we built three — one each for Nottingham, Derby and Leicester — so every site could target its own city properly. All three reached #1 on Google and have held that position for over three years.

Challenges & Solutions

Every project has a few problems to solve. Here is what we ran into on this build and how we handled it.

1

Targeting three cities at once

One website trying to rank for three cities usually ranks for none of them. We built three separate sites — Nottingham, Derby and Leicester — each with its own content, local signals and SEO. All three hit #1 on Google and have stayed there for over three years.

2

Explaining a technical product simply

Secondary glazing has a lot of variations — sliding, hinged, lift-out, fixed and bespoke units. We turned the range into clear, plain-English sections with simple visuals so homeowners understand their options without feeling overwhelmed.

3

Proving the benefits with real numbers

The key selling points are noise and heat reduction. We put the headline figures — up to 80% less noise and 65% less heat loss — front and centre, backed by short explanations of how the units achieve them.

4

Reassuring listed-building owners

Much of the demand comes from conservation areas and listed properties. We gave that a dedicated space, explaining the discreet, reversible nature of secondary glazing to reassure owners it protects both comfort and heritage.

Did You Know?

Splitting one site into three city-specific sites is often the single biggest ranking lever for a regional trade — search engines reward a page that is unmistakably about one place over one that hedges across several.
