VetaHub: Mobile App & CRM
Native apps for Android and iOS from a single codebase, a custom CRM admin panel for the team, and a secure cloud backend behind both — taken over mid-idea and delivered all the way to store launch.

Project brief.
We met the owner of VetaHub through a business networking group. They had a strong idea for an app and had already taken the first steps, but were unaware of how much sits behind actually building and launching a native app — developer accounts, signing keys, privacy declarations, review policies, push notifications, test tracks. After understanding their goals we offered our expertise and took the project over end to end: one Flutter codebase serving both Android and iOS, a custom CRM admin panel so the team can run the platform themselves, and a secure cloud backend powering both.
The technology we used on this project.
A single Flutter codebase for both app stores, a React admin panel for the team, and a serverless Firebase backend — chosen so a small business gets a real native app without a platform team to run it.

Challenges & Solutions
Every project has a few problems to solve. Here is what we ran into on this build and how we handled it.
Taking over a part-started project
The owner had already made a start, so the first job was not code — it was an audit. We reviewed what existed, worked out what was reusable, mapped the remaining work into a clear plan and took ownership of the whole delivery, so nothing already paid for was thrown away.
One codebase, two app stores
Building twice would have doubled the bill. We built the app once in Flutter and shipped it to both Android and iOS, with go_router handling navigation and deep links so a shared link opens the right screen on either platform.
Getting through Google Play and the App Store
This is where most first-time app owners stall. We handled developer accounts, signing, privacy and data declarations, store listings, screenshots, internal test tracks and the review process on both stores — the part the client had no visibility of when they came to us.
A CRM the team can actually run
The platform needs day-to-day management, not developer tickets. We built a React and TypeScript admin panel where the team manage users and content directly, including drag-and-drop ordering so they control what appears where without touching code.
Keeping accounts and data secure
Sign-in runs through Firebase Auth with Google Sign-In, App Check screens out bots and abuse, and the real permission logic lives in Firestore and Storage security rules rather than in the app — so it cannot be bypassed by a modified client. Crash reporting through Sentry and an automated test suite keep it stable after launch.
Resources used to build this project.
A focused product team — the right people, no bloat.
Core features.
Most app ideas stall at launch, not at build. Developer accounts, signing keys, privacy declarations and store review policies catch first-time founders out — which is exactly the part we took off the client's hands.
